热熔型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶可分为两类因:一类是热塑性聚氨醋弹性体硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,主要是利用组成中的氢键作用发生交联从而使其具有优异的弹性和强度。另一类是反应型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,它又可分为端异氰酸醋基预聚物型(湿固化型)和含封闭的异氰酸醋基预聚物型(潜固化型)。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶目前存在的主要的缺点之一是常温下为高粘度的液体甚至为固体。为改善其涂布险能,必须将其在加热,使其粘度降低到方可使用。有报道采用某些异氰酸醋单体来调整硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的粘度,使其可在较低温度甚至室温下涂布。然而硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化反应对温度有较大的相关性。在低温下,反应速度慢,这一缺点使其应用受限。针对上述缺点,国外有文献指出用聚氨醋一聚眠做底涂剂,收到了良好的效果。此底涂剂的适应性以及与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的亲和险较好,对聚乙烯、聚醋薄膜等软包装材料的粘接力强。眠基与异氰酸醋基的反应速度比轻基或水与异氰酸醋基的反应速度快,故在较低的温度下反应也能较顺利的进行。目前对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的研究主要是进一步提高初粘性和延长适用期。原来此类硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶一般采用结晶性树脂,应用时加热使结晶树脂熔化成液体,涂布后在冷却的过程中结晶而产生粘接力。树脂的结晶速度决定了适用期(开放时间),也决定了初粘力。现在的思路是采用无定形树脂,其冷却后变稠而显示初粘性,不像结晶性树脂非到结晶后才显示出初粘性。溶剂型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶单组分溶剂型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶端异氰酸醋基、靠湿气固化的单组分溶剂型聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的初粘强度一般比双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶差,聚乙烯一聚丙烯薄膜(宽度为15 mm)固化4. 5 h后,粘接强度为0.6 N,而双组分则为1.2N以上。但其使用方便,在软包装复合薄膜上也占有一定的比例。单组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶用环氧树脂改性后,初粘度会有较大的改进。如聚丙烯多元醇与甲苯二异氰酸醋(TDI)合成的聚氨醋,用二乙烯三胺和双酚A缩水甘油醚(环氧值186)改性,可得固含量为27.5%,涂4号杯法,粘度为28 s的单组分聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,用于粘接双向拉伸聚丙烯和未拉伸的乙烯一丙烯共聚物薄膜(宽度为15 mm),初粘和9d后的粘接强度分别为2.5 N和2.7 N。双组分溶剂型硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐蒸煮型双组分硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的缺点是在高温和高湿下易水解而降低粘接强度。所以要确保在蒸煮的高湿热环境下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能,必须进行特殊的分子设计。总结起来主要有以下几种方法通过引入苯环、脂环和含大体积侧基的单体(如新戊二醇)来提高其耐湿热性能,如大连轻化所研制的XK一908耐高温蒸煮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,在分子中引入异佛尔酮二异氰酸醋的六元脂环和对苯二甲酸的苯环使其耐热性提高;通过引入三官能团以上的单体使大分子发生交联而提高其耐热性,如三轻甲基丙烷;通过共混改性来提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐湿热性,使用较多的是环氧树脂,利用环氧树脂的刚性大分子结构和分子链上能与异氰酸醋基反应的轻基进行交联而提高其耐湿热性能;(通过添加抗水解稳定剂(如碳化二亚胺、环氧化物等)能够对水解的断键加以修补而提高其耐湿热性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
