通过用憎水性大的单体代替憎水性小的单体,如制备聚醋时用长链的癸二酸代替短链的己二酸,可显著提高其耐湿热性能因;通过引入带有保护性侧基的单体(如新戊二醇),通过侧基对醋键的保护而提高其耐湿热性能;制备聚氨醋丁基防水嵌缝胶时将聚醋多元醇和聚醚多元醇共用,充分利用了聚醋多元醇的耐热性好和聚醚多元醇耐水性好的优点,改善了其耐蒸煮性能通过向丁基防水嵌缝胶中加入“硅烷偶联剂”(如KH550在丁基防水嵌缝胶和被粘材料之间形成憎水保护层,能有效地改善其耐湿热性,上述的耐蒸煮型丁基防水嵌缝胶用于含铝箔层的复合膜时,要特别注意其抗内容物性能,这因为被包装的饮料、食醋等物质会透过内层薄膜,滞留于铝箔层,从而慢慢侵蚀丁基防水嵌缝胶的固化涂层,造成粘接力下降、甚至袋分层等弊病。据文献报道可以通过添加环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂磷酸类、酸配等于丁基防水嵌缝胶中,来防止上述情况的发生。对于普通的溶剂型丁基防水嵌缝胶,为了满足涂布工艺性能,一般必须稀释到20%-35%固含量,因而要挥发出65 %- 80%的有机溶剂,不但造成了污染而且也增加了成本和浪费了资源。因此为了解决这一问题,普通的溶剂型丁基防水嵌缝胶应向高固含量、低溶剂型发展。按照美国环境保护厅制定的溶剂挥发量的要求,每3.785丁基防水嵌缝胶挥发的溶剂不得超过1.3 kg,换算为固含量必须高于68 %。目前开发高固含量溶剂型丁基防水嵌缝胶的主要途径是降低树脂的分子量。但树脂的分子量降低使内聚力和初粘强度减小,同时固含量的增加还会使工艺过程中的粘度变化大,适用期短,引起工艺性能恶化。因此开发高固含量型丁基防水嵌缝胶时应同时考虑从分子结构入手,如在分子链中引入聚醚多元醇等柔性链段,将有助于丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘度降低和固含量的提高。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
