通过加人含有不同官能团的丙烯酸醋单体可制得不同性能的丙烯酸酷乳液。按照配方，用纯丙乳液制成聚氨酯密封胶胶样1;用醋丙乳液替换聚氨酯密封胶胶样1中的纯丙乳液，其他成分不变，制成聚氨酯密封胶胶样2;同样用苯丙乳液替换聚氨酯密封胶胶样1中的纯丙乳液，其他成分不变，制成聚氨酯密封胶胶样3;用硅丙乳液替换聚氨酯密封胶胶样1中的纯丙乳液，其他成分不变，制成聚氨酯密封胶胶样4。制好的聚氨酯密封胶胶样按检测标准要求制成试样，并在温度23℃、相对湿度55%标准养护室养护28 d后，分别测试上述聚氨酯密封胶的性能，详细结果见表l。

分析表1中的数据可以发现，聚氨酯密封胶胶样1具有较优的粘结性能和较高的断裂伸长率;缺点是聚氨酯密封胶的表面发茹，长期使用时表面会有浮灰，耐沾污能力差。聚氨酯密封胶胶样2同样具有较优的粘结性能和较高的断裂伸长率，且环保无害，缺点是耐候性较差，产品使用时易发生黄变。聚氨酯密封胶胶样3的断裂伸长率最低，且残余单体含量相对较多，因而潜在健康危害较大。聚氨酯密封胶胶样4断裂伸长率较低，体积收缩较大，用作聚氨酯密封胶会有开裂或脱胶风险。综合考虑性能和成本因素，确定选用醋丙乳液(聚氨酯密封胶胶样2)和硅丙乳液(聚氨酯密封胶胶样4)复配乳液，来制备丙烯酸醋聚氨酯密封胶。并在此基础上，进行后续研究。

增塑剂的选择

丙烯酸醋聚氨酯密封胶成膜后硬度太高，会导致其断裂伸长率不足，无法承受建筑接缝位移引起的形变。在配方中加人增塑剂能够改善聚氨酯密封胶的柔韧性，并提高聚氨酯密封胶产品的施工性能。丙烯酸醋聚氨酯密封胶常用的增塑剂有:邻苯二甲酸二丁醋(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP) ,氯化石蜡(C1-52)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸醋(DIDP)，本试验采用统一聚氨酯密封胶产品配方，通过改变其中增塑剂的种类(用量不变)，考察增塑剂的类型对聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响。详细性能测试结果见表2。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
