分析表2中的数据可以发现，采用DBP作增塑剂制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶挤出性最佳(350mlJmin)、断裂伸长率最高(180%);其次是采用DIDP作增塑剂制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，挤出性为300 mL/min、断裂伸长率为170% ;采用C1-52作增塑剂制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶综合性能最差，挤出性为120mL/min、断裂伸长率为120%。室内装修用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶要求具有较优的挤出性和较高的断裂伸长率，理论上选用DBP或DIDP作增塑剂都可以，选用DBP作增塑剂制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能甚至更胜一筹。但是，考虑到室内使用对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的环保要求较高，因此最终确定选用DIDP作增塑剂。

丙烯酸醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是水性乳液产品，通常具有比硅酮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶、聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶更低的勃度，为了改善其施工性能，需要加人大量的填料。但填料的添加量并非越多越好，过量加人填料反而会影响硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系的相容性，导致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶力学性能下降。填料添加量对丙烯酸醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响见表3。如表3所示，随着硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶体系中填料添加量的不断增加，硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的断裂伸长率逐渐降低。结合实际应用中的施工要求(保证施工时不下垂)，确定填料的添加量在60%-70%之间为宜。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
