根据上述试验，确定采用醋丙乳液与硅丙乳液复配(质量比1:4)成基础聚合物，采用DIDP作增塑剂，加人65份固体填料，制得室内装修用丙烯酸醋丁基防水嵌缝胶，其性能指标见表4。

如表4所示，本文制备的环保型室内装修用丙烯酸醋丁基防水嵌缝胶性能完全符合甚至超过JC/T 484-2006《丙烯酸醋建筑丁基防水嵌缝胶》的要求，其VOC含量实测值为40 gIL，符合GBlT18583-2008《建筑装饰装修用胶粘剂中的有害物质限量》标准的要求。

结论

1)采用醋丙乳液与硅丙乳液复配(质量比1-4)能够克服单一乳液的缺点，制得挤出性较优(实测值为300 mL/min )、断裂伸长率较高(实测值为180% )的丙烯酸酷丁基防水嵌缝胶。

2)在采用复合基础聚合物的基础上，选用环保型DIDP增塑剂，制得的丁基防水嵌缝胶产品VOC含量极低，能够满足室内装修的环境要求。

3)为了保证丁基防水嵌缝胶同时具有较优的力学性能和施工性能，粉体填料的添加量宜控制在60%-70%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
