单组分聚氨酯密封胶不易氧化和水解，具有优良的结构稳定性、粘接性、耐磨性及卓越的耐低温性，由于分子链中具有高极性基团，与被粘物间形成氢键加之异氰酸酷的独特活性，使其具有大的潜在市场，可以大力进行开发。疏基封端聚氨醋液体橡胶的研制单组分聚氨酯密封胶是一种室温固化的粘接型高性能弹性单组分聚氨酯密封胶，独具特色，具有优良的密封和粘接双重功能，施工固化后收缩率小;耐低温性优，长期使用温度一45一90 0C;弹性大，复原性好，耐受冲击振动;性突出;耐油性良好;耐疲劳性优良;耐久生很好，使用寿命长达15一20年。但聚氨醋单组分聚氨酯密封胶固化速度慢且表面易发豁，长期耐热和耐湿热性较差，同时，异氰酸醋端基易与空气中水分反应释放出二氧化碳而使单组分聚氨酯密封胶产生气泡。通过各种途径进行改性，可使聚氨醋单组分聚氨酯密封胶的性能不断改进，已研制出低温下快速固化单组分聚氨酯密封胶、丙烯酸醋改性聚氨醋单组分聚氨酯密封胶、聚氨醋一环氧树脂单组分聚氨酯密封胶、端基硅烷化聚氨醋(SPU)单组分聚氨酯密封胶、阻燃性聚氨醋单组分聚氨酯密封胶等。以甲苯二异氰酸醋、聚醚多元醇和琉醇等通过三步法合成出具有聚氨醋主链结构的琉基封端聚氨酝液体橡胶(MPU)，配合填充剂、增塑剂、增勃树脂，抗氧剂等制成A组分;以二氧化锰为交联剂，添加促进剂、填充剂、炭黑、增塑剂等制得日组分。A与日按一定比例混合即得密封胶，利用聚硫橡胶的固化机理，有效地克服了聚氨醋遇潮湿界面易起泡的弊端。当液体橡胶含量不高于30%时制备的MU单组分聚氨酯密封胶与混凝土的粘接强度大于0.5MPa,断裂伸长率超过500%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
