试验过程中需注意有的基材需配套底涂才能与MS密封胶粘结良好，试验前现场确认基材上是否使用底涂，否则在试件经历7d浸水处理后，会导致试料带从基材上脱落，影响试验结果。一般玻璃基材不需要底涂，其他基材则需要底涂的辅助。针对石材用建筑MS密封胶的污染性，建筑用MS密封胶的邵氏硬度、拉伸粘结性、结构装配系统用附件同MS密封胶相容性和实际工程用基材同MS密封胶粘结性等性能指标，本文进行了归纳分析，并介绍了相关检测技术及改进方式。采用氯丁橡胶(CR)制备耐油、耐臭氧、耐天候密封制品，对胶料配方、性能和制品制作工艺进行研究。结果表明:补强体系选取炭黑N550，耐寒增塑剂选取增塑剂DOP或DOP与DOA分别并用少量环烷油或变压器油，操作助剂选取分散剂AT-B/内脱模剂TM-80并用，防老剂体系以防老剂4010NA为主、防老剂RD和ODA为辅，硫化体系选取氧化锌、氧化镁、促进剂NA-22、促进剂DM和促进剂TMTD，可得到硫化速率适宜、物理性能较好的胶料;对大型密封制品如油底壳胶垫和大规格防尘胶套而言，硫化时宜采用抽真空平板硫化机和抽真空硫化模具，可达到效率高、废品率低的效果。

近年来，由于工业技术的高速发展，汽车、工程机械、机械设备、家用电器等的使用工况越来越复杂，对防尘和耐油密封制品耐热、耐油、低压缩永久变形、耐臭氧、耐天候和耐低温等性能的要求越来越高，过去沿用的丁睛橡胶(NBR)已满足不了部分密封制品的高性能要求。氯丁橡胶(CR)是含氯的二烯类极性橡胶，可满足高性能防尘和耐油密封制品的使用要求，且加工技术较好，制造成本适宜。本工作探讨耐油、耐臭氧、耐天候CR密封制品的配方设计和制作工艺。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
