在温度90-120℃环境下放置12个月,6个牌号MS密封胶均未出现粘接破坏现象。在温度1500C环境中,2#,5#和6#在8个月内未出现粘接破坏现象;1#,3#和4#分别在6,3和5个月时开始出现粘接破坏现象,其中3#MS密封胶最差,在3个月即开始出现粘接破坏现象。在温度180℃环境中,所有胶在5个月时均出现粘接失效现象,无法进行拉伸试验,最短7d时即有3个牌号MS密封胶出现粘接破坏现象。大部分粘接失效出现在玻璃界面。
统计各MS密封胶的拉伸粘接强度变化率。拉伸粘接强度变化率计算方法:拉伸粘接强度变化率=(老化后拉伸粘接强度/23℃拉伸粘接强度一1)x100%。
可知,在温度90℃长期老化至12个月过程中,6个牌号MS密封胶7d时拉伸粘接强度变化率均为正值,与初始相比变大。MS密封胶1#,2#放置12个月后拉伸粘接强度仍大于初始值,变化趋势为先增大后减小,转折点在老化6个月时。MS密封胶3#,4#在高温2个月后拉伸粘接强度基本都小于初始值,并随时间延长呈现逐渐减小趋势,老化12个月时衰减率在15%以上。MS密封胶5#,6#在12个月内拉伸强度基本呈减小趋势,但在6个月以内仍大于初始值。至12个月时,6个牌号MS密封胶试件未出现粘接破坏,强度变化率在一17.8%一+2.4%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
