       从表可知,不同牌号硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在高温下的耐久性没有统一规律,造成以上差异的主要原因是配方差异所致。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶分子在高温环境中始终存在两个方向的变化,一个是未反应完的交联剂偶联剂与主链上轻基继续反应,交联度提高;另一个是分子链断裂。当交联度提高作用大于分子链断裂作用时,拉伸强度提高;反之,拉伸强度减小。几种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶之间配方设计不同,交联度不同,粘接能力也不同,导致了长期高温老化后的不同变化趋势。

结语

       (1)在温度一30200℃内,随测试温度升高,拉伸粘接强度和伸长率以近似线性下降趋势变化;但每种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶降幅不同,所测6个牌号硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸粘接强度降幅在(2.8%-4.3%)/10℃,伸长率降幅在(2%-4.5%)/10℃。

       (2)同一温度长期耐久性因老化温度不同有不同结果,在温度90,120℃环境中老化1年,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸粘接强度变化率不超过20%,未出现粘接破坏现象,可认为在温度120℃环境中使用1年硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与玻璃和铝基材的粘接仍然可靠。在温度150℃老化8个月、温度180℃老化5个月时硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶失去弹性,发生大面积粘接破坏现象,所以在温度超过150℃长期使用时,应考虑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与玻璃的粘接性问题。

       (3)同一温度长期耐久性因配方差异有不同结果,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶1#,2#,6#在发生粘接失效前拉伸强度大于初始值,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶3#在发生粘接失效前拉伸强度几乎都小于初始值。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
