研究以c,8 -qAs抗菌剂为单一变量共制备了不同配比方案的6种抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶，分别记为qas/PDMS-c-o%、qas/PDMS-c-i%、qas/PD-Ms-c-2%、qAS/PDMS-C-3%、qAS/PDMS-C-4%、qAS/PDMS-C-S%。以qAS/PDMS-C-3%为例，该配比方案下抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法:

称取2.4 g黍占度30 mPa " s的低茹度聚硅氧烷和40.0g黍占度20 000 mPa"s的高茹度聚硅氧烷，将2种药品置于烧瓶中以120 r/min的转速搅拌均匀(以下搅拌速度均为120 r/min )。之后，于烧瓶中加人环己烷5 mL并搅拌均匀于烧瓶中加人3.0gC,-QA和0.8 g正硅酸乙醋并搅拌均匀，得到抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶乳液。将乳液倒人四氟乙烯模具，再将模具置于干燥箱中真空静置S min9;从模具中取出样品并硫化处理7d，最终获得抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶。

将抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶乳液倒人模具后，于样品自然流平时开始计时;用手指蘸取无水乙酞并接触抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品表面，多次操作后直至指尖不再粘附样品时停止计时，该时间即为样品的表干时间。

研究通过甲苯平衡溶胀法对抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶的交联密度进行测试，该指标可表示为交联点间的平均分子量(M)，计算方法如下。M=一PzoP3In1一++xz式中:Pz代表抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶的密度;o代表溶剂的摩尔体积;x代表溶剂与抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶之间的相互作用参数;叨代表整个溶胀体中抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶所占的体积分数，该数值的计算方法如下/Pz(Wz一W)/PzP+W,式中:W,和Wz分别代表溶胀前、后抗菌性单组分聚氨酯密封胶的质量;P代表甲苯的密度(25 ℃,0.866 g/mL)。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
