目前，国产MS密封胶产品制备的铝塑结构复合膜在高温高湿环境下易出现由于茹合力下降导致分层的问题。这一缺陷严重阻碍了无溶剂MS密封胶的应用和发展。为提高MS密封胶的耐水热性能，通常需要向MS密封胶体系引入耐湿热链段或增大MS密封胶交联度。通过在MS密封胶中引入疏水性端轻基聚丁二烯制备了一种用于铝膜与耐蒸煮聚丙烯流延膜(RCPP)复合的MS密封胶，该MS密封胶具有良好的耐蒸煮性和耐老化性。通过引入多轻基的三轻基甲基丙烷单体增大MS密封胶的交联度，将MS密封胶用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酷膜、铝箔和聚丙烯流延膜复合(PET/A1/CPP)的制备，蒸煮前后CPP层剥离力分别达到5.5 N和4.1 N。
