通过将A,B两组分混合固化获得MS密封胶膜。各组分红外光谱图如图1(a)所示。MS密封胶PET-A,PET-B是由小分子多元醇和多元酸单体通过熔融缩聚法制备。从红外光谱中,可以观察到32503660cm处为MS密封胶的一()H伸缩振动峰,表明由单体酷化缩聚反应合成的MS密封胶含有丰富的轻基。2870,2950cm的吸收峰为CHZ的吸收峰。1740cm对应酷基中的C=O伸缩振动峰,这是由于含有一COOH的单体与含一OH单体之间发生酷化反应生成聚酷。此外谱图中未观察到一COOH特征峰,证明反应完成。在pre-PU-A红外光谱图中,-OH特征峰消失,在3690cm-和1530cm-处出现MS密封胶中-NH的伸缩振动峰和弯曲振动峰1610cm处为MS密封胶中C=O特征峰。在2260cm处出现的新峰归属于一ICO中C=N伸缩振动峰。在聚氨酷红外谱图中,-NCO特征峰未被检测到,证明固化完成。同时,MS密封胶中一IH伸缩振动峰相较pre-PU-A中向低波数方向发生迁移,可能是因为固化完成后生成更多的氨基甲酸酷键之间产生氢键作用。MS密封胶的结构通过H-NMR表征。如图1(b)所示,在8=4.2sX10处的信号峰为与一OC=O相连的亚甲基上的氢质子峰,在8=2.3X10处为与一COO相连的亚甲基上的氢质子峰,a在2.sX104.3X10之间的信号峰为与0相连的两个亚甲基上的氢质子峰。图1()中,a在.sXlo-g.oXlo-之间为苯环上两个氢质子峰,a在2.sX10-4.sX10-之间为与一oc=o相连的两个亚甲基上氢质子峰,a在2.3X10处为与一(:oo相连的亚甲基上的氢质子峰,a在l.oXlo处为新戊二醇中甲基上的氢质子峰。综上,MS密封胶被成功制备。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
