清缝必须彻底

要保证缝内干燥、无杂质。缝内潮湿时灌缝，灌缝料固化后会高出路面;缝内有杂质时灌缝，会影响灌缝料与混凝土的粘结性。

配料必须均匀

施工时要严格按比例配料，否则会影响材料的固化时间，要随用随配，避免时间过久而固化。

灌缝必须匀速

不可忽快忽慢，而造成缝内料高低不平，影响灌缝效果。橡胶嵌缝条施工工艺橡胶嵌缝条由交通科学研究所研制成功，于1997年6月9日通过省交通厅技术鉴定，并取得国家实用新型专利权。橡胶嵌缝工艺包括3个部分:橡胶嵌缝条、嵌缝专用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶、压轮和注胶器。

橡胶嵌缝条所用的橡胶是耐一40℃低温的合成橡胶，横向伸缩量大于25 96，纵向拉伸量小于5 0，具有很好的抗老化性能。橡胶嵌缝条压到缝里的深度一般在3 --3 . 5 crn。橡胶嵌缝条在非压缩状态宽度为2.5 cm，压到缝里为2.3 cm(压缩状态)。橡胶嵌缝条压人缝隙中后低于路面3一5 mm。所以要求切缝深度应达到3.5一6 cm。如果切缝宽小于4 mm，切缝深小于3.5 cm就有可能发生橡胶条跳出路面和回缩现象。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
